What Are The Reasons For Bulbous Toes And Red Spots Under Heel Of A Kid?

My son has bulborous toes and red spots circling under his heel about 6 red spots the spots are kind of hard the doctors in Canada have no idea what it is except he also has some kind of blood infection and his immune system is compromised. He is always sick. Could use some answers...thanks.

I appreciate your concern at this stage this can be treated on tentative basis if I would be his doctor then I would treat this condition with the following medicine
1) Tab Ibuprofen (Dose According to age and weight the age and eight missing here)
2) Tab acetaminophen
3) Tab Dexamethasone (Dose according to age and weight )
This could be either some allergic condition or some blood disorder if this treatment fails to response then further investigation is must, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
