What Are The Recommended Beta Blocker Medications For A Diabetic ?

my heart beat in the morning is 110 and pressure 130/90.I take Atenolol and dionil for diabetic and feel good/well.Can i continue on this for life.I also drink enough beers daily.What are the best Beta blocker medicine?Paul

You have to continue the medicine for life long.
Avoid alcohol and beer as you have diabetes.
The Atenolol you are taking is good beta blocker medicine.
