Hello,
Last year during this time my upper part of my body became covered in tiny red bumps, it has happened again this year. It itches badly and its only on the upper part of my body accept for my head. I am allergic to pollen but if it was an allergic reaction wouldn't it cover my whole body. I am confused on how to treat this to get the bumps to go away quickly. Will you please help me?
