What Are The Red Itchy Spots On The Chest?

My 5 year old son has 6 little red spots running up his stomach to his chest. They showed up Friday morning & today they look like little pimples instead of just spots. He says they itch but they aren't spreading at all so I don't think it's chicken pox also he has been vaccinated for chicken pox. Any thoughts?
