General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, taking a double dose on one occasion will not be troublesome and should be cautiously consumed on future however if palpitations, apprehension or fast heart rates are felt, consult a nearby Medical facility for taking beta-blockers. Meanwhile, blood thinners may be continued.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
