Hi My Father is 90 yrs and is diagnosed with ischemia on antero septal and infero lateral wall . He has refused angiogram further and is now discharged with pain management and medication . can u pls explain what are the risks because of this and does he need to go in for angio

Hi there
without an angiography the doctor won't be able to assess the status of blood supply to heart. If it's in a critical condition then ur father can land in a heart attack due to complete cut off of the blood supply. Without angiography it's like firing an arrow in dark.
