What Are The Risks Of Flying After K-wiring For Scaphoid Fracture?

I fractured my scaphoid 6 weeks ago it was fixed with 4 K wires and I had a fibreglass cast. The pins have now been removed but the cast was too tight and has compromised the lymphatic system. The hand and fingers are swollen and quite tender. We are due to fly long haul in 18 days what could happen at altitude. I am seeing a physio to try and reduce the swelling
