What Are The Risks On Foetus ,if The Partner Is Treated For Psoriasis ?

I am 1973 born and am thinking of a second pregnancy. my husband was on Tab. methotrexate for psoriasis (only on Sat and Sun). would like to know what are the risks on the foetus, gynaecologist says to stop the tablet for 3mths and then try conception.

These methotrexate tablets can produce abnormal sperms and so they can indirectly affect the fetus causing various abnormalities. So I will suggest you to follow your doctors advice.
