I am 51 year old male formerly muscular, but I have not worked out lately as much as i used to.I would like to get back into work outs and loose some weight as well.I am currently 280 lb and trying to loose 50 lb,taking Avapro meds for high blood pressure and thinking of taking Apedextrin diet meds as well.Is this sounding dangerous to you and if so ,how could i incorporate all these elements so it would be safe to loose some pounds
