What Are The Side Effect Of Radiocontrast Dye?
My husband is extremely allergic to contrast dye (Anaphylaxis). He has an appointment for the radioactive chemical dye stress test (couldn t get his heart rate up enough on treadmill due to a bad hip). What are the dangers involved in the chemical, if he is allergic to contrast dye?

Some of the more common side effects of radiographic contrast media include injection site pain, nausea, vomiting, itching, rash, headache and paraesthesia or tingling.
