HI I suffered 2 weeks from sore throat and after taking 10 days of antibiotic it didn't cure completely. I visited to ENT and he examind and told it is inflamation of voice box which may be due to acid reflux. He prescribed me nexium 40 mg twice a day. after taking that few days I stopped as I was not feeling comfortable but after some time I suffered from dry and burning mouth then i visited to my GP . He asked me to continue with nixum and gave a antifungal medicine. I am not sure what it is. After taking nexium I am really feeling bad and in night my mouth is so dry and burning. use to drink water all the time. I adopeted all the life style changes required for acid reflux. and I am no smoker and drinker and not overweight. Please suggest what should I do.
