What Are The Side Effects Of Clindamycin?

I am taking clindamycin 300mg, and Bactrim DS for a severe abscess I have under my arm. This morning I took my last dose of Bactrim, Clindamycin, and my normal medication: Vyvanse 60mg, wellbutrin 300mg, and Lyrica 100mg. I have been on my "normal medication" for about a year and I have four more days on the Clindamycin.
After taking this medication this morning, I started to feel "funny" I have the following symptoms:
-shaky
-dizzy
-blurry vision
-feel short of breath
-become slightly forgetful (I have to think before I speak to answer a question or tell my husband something)
-twitchy
What could be causing this? What can I do to feel better?
