I have an 11 month old baby who has a fever. Yesterday it was 102.8 and he was given Tylenol and it went down to about 100 for the rest of the day. When we woke up this morning it was 101 and we gave him Tylenol. He has vomiting twice but seems to be keeping his food down except for those two times. He does have a runny nose and a very bad cough. We are on vacation and not near our normal doctor (we live in NY and are in SC) We are not sure if we should take him to the Urgent Care here.
