Hi Thanks for choosing healthcare magic
I understand your concern
risk of anaesthesia is almost the same as for normal people but in rare instances it can worsen but it is manageable too. Moreover risks related to hip replacement include blood clotting events, Tiny fractures of normal bones during surgery, Loosening of implant after surgery,
infections of bones named as osteomyelitis etc but if it is successful then i must say it will be very beneficial for your husband to walk normally without pain. Its your choice to decide between a life of pain and misery without attempting hip replcement and on the other hand attemting hip replacement with some risks that are manageable and live a life without pain and misery.
I hope i sated the risks clearly and wish you best of luck in deciding the best for your husband.remeber you have to be strong in whatever you decide.
if you are satisfied with my answer dont forget to give five stars :) Wish your husband a good health
