What Are The Side Effects Of Chemotherapy?

i am currently going through chemo my ca125 was 13 and went up to 16 should i be concerned? i also have only had two treatments on my third treatment i had a reaction so they stopped it it has been three weeks since then. is there concern for me to continue when it has been so long in between treatments? will it still be effective? i was on taxol/carbo 6 rounds with 3 weeks in between.

Chemotherapy can have side effects on body and these side effects have to be tightly monitored. Common side effects are nausea, vomiting, fall in blood counts, hair fall, effect on liver functions, effect on gastrointestinal functions. If the side effects are too severe, your oncologist may discontinue the chemotherapy and try other set of drugs.
