hello sir how are you ? i have some questions for getting the white skin ( changing whole body color ) ( beauty surgery ) what is the cost of cosmetic surgery ? what is the risk of the surgery ? has there any bad effects ? which is the best hospital for the surgery.

there are no side effect of it.these are procedure which are done general Anaesthesia which lead problem occasionally.there are other minor side effect which can be dealt.
