Hi

Dizziness, sedation, nausea, vomiting, sweating, flushing (redness of skin) and dry mouth can commonly with Hydromorphone pills.

Sweating is a known side effect of the drug and hence you are taking the right drug and there is no mixup of drugs.

Showering twice,Using topical antiperspirants, shaving your arm pits, staying hydrated can reduce the discomfort.

Sweat increasing food like fatty, processed food ,white bread and junk food should be avoided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
