Hi,

Indocap SR contains indomethacin which belongs to the group of medications known as nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) is used to help in providing relief from pain, swelling and inflammation in bones, joints and muscles. It improves stiffness and difficulty in movement. It is a safe and effective medication if it is taken as it is prescribed by the doctor.

Steroid is used to treat conditions like arthritis, blood problems, immune system disorders, skin and eye conditions, breathing problems, joint pain, cancers and severe allergies etc. It is a safe medication if it used according to your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Zubayer Alam, General & Family Physician
