Hi, Rabipur rabies vaccine can be used as an active immunization for both pre and post exposure to a rabid animal. It has some side effects like pain, swelling, redness, itching at the site of injection, flu like symptoms, headache, nausea, dizziness, tiredness, increased sweating, myalgia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, chills etc. Serious side effects are rare. Serious side effects are allergic reaction like hives, difficulty in breathing, skin rashes etc, very high fever, tingling sensation in fingers and toes, weakness of arms and legs, loss of balance, difficulty in swallowing, abnormal eye movement, trouble in speaking etc. Take care.
