It is common side effects include: dizziness diarrhea postural hypotension headache retrograde ejaculation (occurs when semen enters the bladder instead of out the tip of the penis) common cold stuffy nose and priapism (prolonged erection of penis) Based on the history you seem to have developed retrograde ejaculation and priapism.
