What Are The Side Effects Of Rhinoplasty And Chin Implant? What Can Treat Pimples On Face?

Hello doctor I have a slight incompetent lips I feel it difficult to close my mouth if I close my lips willingly my chin looks unstable and awkward and my nose is slight broad can I go for a rhinoplasty and chin implant , are there any side effects , and I have small holes on my face in the cheeks due to pimples but the pimples are gone but the holes are still there , please give me the solution to all these problems
