Tablet is taken only in the morning after food. My weight is increased than earlier and also the treatment is almost succesful.
hi, Wysolone is a steroid and is regarded as a wonder drug for many autoimmune diseases including polymyositis. The main side effects of wysolone starts after 3 months of treatment like weight gain, heavy feeling in hands and feet, weakening of bones, diabetes, hair loss, necrosis of bone, excess hair, menstrual problems and sometimes depression. I believe, you need dose reduction at this time to reduce complications. you should consult your doctor for this. all the best.
