Im a new user of the nuva ring and love it i took it out last thursday to get my period it came on four days later but i was cramping very badly and when i went to the restroom a thick white skin came out of me kinda look like raw chicken skin...whats wrong with me

so large pieces of skin of uterus shed during periods
so what u had like raw chicken was normal and u need not to worry about it
leukorrhea and vaginitis are possible side effects of nuva ring
so we should keep them in mind
