What Are The Side Effects Of Vaginal Mesh Placement?
I am having neuro, soreness , stiffness of joints and muscle symptoms after having vaginal mesh placement in 2009. My CRP level has increased to 3.83 the highest level. Can all of these things be caused by the mesh? Have tested neg. for heart, kidneys, MRI of brain and spine, MS, Lyme s and Rocky Mountain spotted tick fever, just now started having symptoms vaginally. Sex hurts. Dr. did physical exam and can feel the mesh protruding.

In my opinion, your all other symptoms except vaginal discomfort and pain after sexual activity, cannot be related to mesh repair.
If your doctor, has examined and found the mesh protrusion in the vagina, then it needs to be excited with due caution. Please visit the same doctor who has done the mesh surgery.
For your other symptoms, consult with internal medicine specialist. Your symptoms need close attention, and need to rule out autoimmune and inflammatory disease if any.
I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Please start on multi vitamins and multi minerals supplements regularly.
