thanks for choosing health care majic.A patient having chest pain or pain in lt.side of chest with perspiration,gabhraman and having some feeling of restlessness can have acute coronary syndrome.Ecg can give a definite clue but not must .Initial normal ecg may be there.Further evaluation can be done by echo and angiography on case to case basis.
