What Are The Small Dark Brown Spots On An Infant's Cheeks?
My 16 month old toddler has always had clear skin. In the past 2 weeks, she has gotten 4 very small dark brown spots on her cheeks. They appeared slowly, one at a time. These may be freckles, but I'd like some guidance and advice. The spots are slightly raised, but they do not appear to cause her any pain.
