Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Globus Pharyngeus with GERD with acute Bronchitis.
Symptoms of GERD are exactly the one which you have-Like Lumpy Feeling in throat while swallowing/heartburn due to the accompanied Acid reflux.
Causes of the acidity need to be investigated to resolve the GERD-A Globus Pharyngeus -a lumpy feeling or A ball like feeling while swallowing.
Accompanying post-nasal drip of Sinusitis flares up the gastritis in most cases.
There is no risk of Cancer in throat as feared by YOU,from the smoking you have left already.
Expert Check up from,ENT Surgeon and Physician who both would plan needful investigations and rightful treatment for your case of GERD.
Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your family and specialist doctors there.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
