Hi,

Briefly, H. pylori cause antral-predominant gastritis associated with DU (duodenal ulcer) formation. Celiac disease causes malabsorption of multiple nutrients, with diarrhea, steatorrhea, weight loss, and the consequences of nutrient depletion (i.e., anemia and metabolic bone disease).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
