What Are The Symptoms Of UT Infection?
hello doc... im 24 weeks pregnant and my urinanalysis shows 3-5 WBC, and rest are normal, i have frequent urination may be because of pregnancy, no fever, sometime itching... i had vulvovaginitis for which i was given cotrimazole vaginal and topical application and a dose of amoxiccilin... Do i have UTI now

Frequent urination is a sign of UTI as well as pregnancy. However, irritation due to vulvo-vaginitis may also have caused this. Although 3-5 WBCs in urine DR are usually considered insignificant specially if there are no nitrites & bacteria, but, you can exclude possibility of UTI by doing a formal urine C/S test.
Drink plenty of water & keep the area clean.
