What Are The Symptoms Of A Perforated Esophagus?

i had a eshopgal dilation 28 hours ago . After surgery I had chest pain and coughed up a little blood.
Doctor wasn't concerened as he said it could be a few days before espoghas was back to normal.
didn't know why blood was there.
had a 100 degree fever that went away after 8hrs.
No signs of bleeding today, chest discomfort almost gone and normal temperature.
What are chances I had or still have Perforated esophagus? Thank you.
