Hello. I have been suspected of having an eating disorder for a long time now and i have some questions about my habits and why my body is affected the way it is. I was an athlete in high school and now an aspiring actor in college and there has always been pressure to stay in shape and look my best. So there have been times where without exaggeration i have starved myself for more than a week without food. But even swimming for hours a day or being as active as i am my body didnt fatigue or have any negative side effects physically or mentally or performance wise. Why is this? Also what is the best way to continue keeping a healthy weight without going into bad habits. Please help me.
