I will try my best to answer your query One of the problems with hypertension is that there are no specific symptoms. there may be mild symptoms like headache, vision problem, sweating, heaviness of the heart , breathlessness, palpitation. Having said that, there may be no symptoms at all and person gets to know of high bp on a checkup. Your current problems seem to be due to the injuries. And not exactly related to high blood pressure directly- memory loss, difficulty in focussing/swallowing all seem to be due to the injury. Take your blood pressure medicines regularly.
