One of the problems with
hypertension is that there are no specific symptoms. there may be mild symptoms like headache, vision problem, sweating, heaviness of the heart , breathlessness,
palpitation.
Having said that, there may be no symptoms at all and person gets to know of
high bp on a checkup.
Your current problems seem to be due to the injuries. And not exactly related to
high blood pressure directly-
memory loss, difficulty in focussing/swallowing all seem to be due to the
injury.
Take your blood pressure medicines regularly. High blood pressure can have many drastic effects inclusive of
paralysis and heart attacks
