Hi Doctor i have had a sex with one of my girl friend in 2007 one time,after few month i came to know she has links with some others so that i didn't met her. but problem is after that am felling that weather HIV is infected to me or not.but my health conditions from 2006 my weight is 75 n now also same 76 Daily am doing Yoga and 2009 also i donated blood one of relative in vijaya hospital then also am doing fine i have little bit cough last 6 month like gelly sputam.other than that i dont have any thing last year august i feel some illness that also cured in 2 days.So is i have to do any HIV tests please guid me.

I probably feel that you do not have any HIV infection but you are over conscious about that.
So please do not keep any doubt in your mind and to clear it off you can undergo HIV test at a near by ICTC( integrated counselling and testing Centre) Centre where you can get tested and also receive counselling regarding your doubt's.
You also do not have any symptoms of HIV. You are healthy and be confident that you don't have HIV
