how can one tell if they have back pain or kidney issues? I have hypertension brought on by anxiety. Or as I have been told high blood pressure. I have tried every medication Kaiser will give me and the side effects are awful. Now i m worried about my kidneys

Symptoms of kidney dysfunction are swelling on face or protein in urea and high blood pressure itself. Kidney disease is diagnosed by lab tests as blood urea and serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) test also ultrasound abdomen. For kidney disease with high blood pressure, the drug is chlorthalidone.
