What Are The Symptoms Of Mitrocondrial Disorder?

I have cpk levels that have been as high as 1050. They tested me for polymyositus by doing an emg, then a biopsy. The Biopsy came back with signs of a mitrocondrial disorder and they are measuring the oxidative enzymes. I found out today that my LDL is 202, I'm just wanting to find out why I am so tired and hurt so bad.

Hi I Did review your concern.
Your problem of getting tired and fatigued and pain in muscle can be due to inflammatory muscle disease or mitochondrial muscle disease and it can be tested by oxidative enzyme test using NADPH and also by certain special stains and electron microscopy. similar findings can be seen in some glycolytic enzyme disorders.
Once your diagnosis is confirmed the doctor willl manage you accordingly.
I hope this helps
Wish you all the best.
