Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Swelling behind ear raises the ear lobe and obliterates the angle of the mouth preceded by fever malaise.
The swelling may be unilateral or bilateral increases up to 3-5 days and gradually recedes back completely by 2 weeks.
It is a self limited condition.
The symptoms may be mild as you have already given one shot to you baby.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
