what are the exact symptoms of oral cancer i think i have some yellow fungus in my tongue and sometimes it turns white but i think its because of something like a toothpaste i think i can remove it by following a good oral huiguene but s sometimes it scares me i went to 2 dentists and a school doctor and they told me nothing or don't worry about it
