One day period is called hypomenorrhea. However, you should undergo one home pregnancy test to exclude pregnancy at the earliest.
Pregnancy symptoms include nausea, vomiting (morning sickness), abdominal cramp, urinary frequency, tiredness, tender breast etc. However, these vary from women to women.
You can consult with doctor after undergoing the pregnancy test. Decision of stopping medicine can only be taken according to test result.
