What Are The Symptoms Of Premature Labor?
I m currently 24 weeks pregnant and have been having some lower stomach pain the past few days. Today there was some watery vaginal fluid that smells terrible. The doctors office is closed right now- is this something that I need to go to the ER for? If I wait until tomorrow, is preterm labor going to be a major concern?

Yes mam watery fluid exudation is not a good sign take as much rest as possible and visit ER at the earliest and dont wait till tomorrow
