What Are The Symptoms Of Yeast Infection?

Since I started running everyday for the last 2 weeks, I recently noticed my vulva become very itchy, irritated, and raw. I was thinking I have a yeast infection from the sweating with working out but I have no discharge and no odor. What do you think is wrong with me?

Hi,
It is possible that sweating and lack of ventilation may have caused the irritation. You need to rest the area, allow proper ventilation by avoiding using undergarments until the symptoms are relieved and use boric powder at creases. An examination by a specialist also is essential to rule out vaginitis caused by infection. Drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices. Please maintain genital hygiene. Bacterial or fungal vaginitis would usually be associated with foul-smelling discharge, profuse watery or cheesy. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
