What Are The Symptoms Which Prove That One Is Diabetic?

My doctor says i have diabetics since the glucose count is 8 and the limit is 7. I dont feel any symptoms as the blood test on all the other readings is perfect. The doctor is having another blood test to confirm ? Question i am asking I show no symptoms , hence can i be diabetic ?

Hi,see diabaetic patient presents with typical symptoms like,frequent urination,increase thirst,delayed wound healing,loss of weight,some times guidiness,light headeadness,
This are the common symptoms,along with blood reports one can confirm the diagnosis.
