What Are The Tests To Be Taken In Annual Body Check Up?

I am 29 years old, about 1 year ago my BP & cholesterol were high, though the BP is okay now. I have a family history of diabetes, high BP, cholesterol and my father expired due to heart attack at 49. I am planning to go for annual body check up. Please let me know the tests that should be done and whether annual check up is permissible at my age.

testes regularly done are the blood check up, blood sugar, blood lipid levels, ecg and so on...
it s good if you happen to check these regularly and follow up with good exercises and medications...
