What Are The Treatment Of L5 Spinal Stenosis And Spondylolisthesis ?

I had an MRI done, a week ago that showed L5 spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis. I am beginning spinal decompression sessions, several times per week and am wondering if this is an effective therapy and if there is anything additional, you can recommend.

Hi

Greetings from HealthcareMagic!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic! I read carefully your question and understand your concern. Another treatment option would be surgery with decompression. But, you should discuss with a spinal surgeon on this possibility.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Take care!
Best regards!
