Hi my name is Lalit, 39 M, around 94 KM. I had a ligament tear around 4 years ago while playing foot ball, it was knee twist, Dr suggest some physiotherapy and rest for 3 week, however i couldn't take rest beyond 3 day. Now I feel that my knee still have problem. I was told by one of the Doc to go for surgery, which i can't because of various reasons. Can there be any other way out.
Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Chintan Pujara's Response
hello, for a long term relief you need to undergo surgery, for conservative treatment you can take IFT treatment from a physiotherapy clinic nearby and do strengthening exercises depending n which ligament is injured. use a knee brace if there is instability. hope this helps
