What Are The Treatments For Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea And Tiredness?

For ten days I have had extreme abdominal pain more on right side I also am experiencing diarehea after each meal and now I can barely walk I have no energy and the only temporary relief I will eat some crackers but the pain returns about 15 minutes later

YOUR SYMPTOMS SUGGEST APPENDICITIS ESPECIALLY IF APPENDIX IS IN PELVIC POSITION. YOU SHOULD CONSIDER ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND TO CONFIRM THE SAME AND MAYBE PELVIC COLLECTION. OTHER CONDITION COULD BE AMOEBIC TYPHLITIS. PL CONSULT A SURGEON FOR CLINICAL ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT.
