Could Enlarged Spleen Or Cystitis Be The Cause Of Diarrhea, Tiredness And Lack Of Appetite?

I have had cystitis for about 6 weeks along with nausea diarrhea tiredness lack of appetite and joint pain. I just had an X-ray for kidney stones but it came back clear but showed enlarged spleen. What could thus be I have already had 4 courses of antibiotics

Hi.
There may be another reason/s for enlargement of spleen and cystitis.
These can not cause diarrhea.
Diarrhea, weakness and lack of appetite can be caused by an intestinal problem, the generalized problem like typhoid, tuberculosis, malaria and many more. You need a thorough clinical check-up and a battery of blood , urine and stool tests.
