What Are The Treatments For Acidity And Pain In Rectum And Colon?
I have extreme gas problems. I am constantly having gas throughout the day (i mean all day) . I feel a lot of pressure, vibration (i can feel it with my hand), and pain in my rectum throughout the day. At night it feel more painful. The pain feels deep in my colon where my pelvis is located. I know that others notice it as well due to the harassment at school (students and teachers) and in public places. I am so embarrassed and i feel very helpless. Doctor please help me?

I really appreciate your concern, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines this could be intestinal infection and the most likely infection would be protozoa infection,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for 5 days
3) Tab Dicylomine three time in day
