General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, your problem appears to be the boils in the perianal area. As they grow, the pain increases and after some time it may burst into the rectum, or outside, to the skin.
It needs to be incised and drained,to the out side so that it may not destroy the rectum.
Hemorrhoids is always pain less, and there will be discharge of blood.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
