What Are The Treatments For Pain In Hip And Pins And Needles In Leg?

Hi, I have a lot of pain in my hip I got up of the sofa in march and I felt and heard a cracking in my hip I have been seeing my doctor but as I told him today it keeps cracking and I am in so much pain I have pain in my hip groin, down my leg I have pins and needles in my leg too I can not walk with out crutches

Dear Madam,

You will require an X ray pelvis to look for this and X ray Ls spine to see for there is any evidence of PIVD which is compressing the nerve.
