What Are The Treatments For Pressure During Urinating And Incomplete Bowels?

I had a partial hysdirectmy back in October 2012. I ve had continued bleeding sine then so decided to have a trachenlectmy done. I am 7 days post op today. I am concerned though I haven t has a full bowl movement only a little at a time. I also am concerned due to when I pee it is Crampy and u feel a lot of pressure.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that do not exert the force at the time of voiding and defecation this could cause more trouble and no need to worry this would come around soon, take care and have a nice day.
